Education and Community Outreach

RREAL’s Education & Community Outreach (ECO) program is building an inclusive clean energy workforce by providing experiential learning opportunities for learners of all ages. These programs include solar educational opportunities in schools and community groups and training members of the low-income communities we serve.

Solar Schools

We have installed 1.5 megawatts of solar energy at Pine River-Backus, Pequot Lakes, and Central Lakes College, saving the school districts thousands of dollars for years to come, while also reducing their carbon production.

Inclusive Solar Workforce

RREAL is doing its part to develop an inclusive solar workforce,  raise awareness about the value of solar, and pioneer clean and lasting solutions.

Volunteer Opportunities

Volunteering at RREAL is a two-way street. RREAL volunteers not only assist with our programs, but gain knowledge and skills that can be used for a lifetime.
