We are in a race this winter between the accelerated spread of the virus and the nationwide distribution of the vaccine.  While hope is on the horizon, it is even more important now to be diligent about social distancing, hand washing, cleaning common surfaces, and wearing masks.

I know we are all suffering to some degree from pandemic fatigue, but we need to hang in there a little longer.

​

RREAL will continue to work remotely for the foreseeable future. Masks will be worn in the workplace.  No more than three staff may congregate in the open workspace. We will not be using our small conference room. Staff will disinfect surfaces after use and on a regular basis.

​

RREAL’s partner solar installation firm, REALSolar, has an extensive set of procedures to keep their staff safe and will also continue to be diligent in their observance of these.
